You will be the primary point of contact for all service-related tasks in your area, including maintenance, repair, installation, and troubleshooting. To be successful in this role, you must be a self-starter and have a passion for problem solving. You must also have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to maintain and update your own van stock. You must also be comfortable working with a tablet for job reporting.

Our ideal applicant will have/be;

Experience working with Automatic Doors (Swing/Slide) and/or Roller Shutters is essential, ideally within installation or maintenance BSEN16005 accreditation - Desirable IT skills (Proficient in mobile device/tablet use) Ability to troubleshoot, i.e. repair equipment Positive can-do self-motivated attitude towards work and fellow team members & willingness to support other technicians in the field.
