About this Role As a Field Service Engineer at Dawsongroup , you'll be on the move, servicing and repairing our growing fleet of forklifts at customer sites across the UK. You'll be hands-on, solving problems, and keeping businesses running smoothly. Completing routine maintenance, diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs as necessary. Working on a range of Material Handling Equipment ranging from electric to IC engines, brake systems, hydraulics and electrics. Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard. Providing excellent service to our long-standing customer base. Keeping up to date with the latest industry training (fully funded). About You You're a skilled engineer or mechanic who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and delivering great service. You take pride in your work and understand the importance of keeping equipment in top condition. Experience in a similar role – car and vans to forklift, agricultural, or construction equipment. Strong fault-finding and repair skills – hands-on and practical. Excellent communication – clear, professional, and customer-focused.
