£40,000 – £45,000 + Overtime (OTE £70,000+) + Company Van
We're working with a well-established and growing business within the recycling and waste processing sector, supporting customers across the UK with high-quality equipment and service.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring in an experienced Field Service Engineer to cover the South West.
The Role
Service, maintenance, and repair of recycling equipment including shredders, crushers, screeners, and associated plant machinery
Diagnose faults across mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems
Attend breakdowns and carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Work closely with customers on-site, providing a professional and reliable service
Complete job sheets and reports accurately
Occasional travel further afield when required
The Candidate
Proven experience working on heavy plant, recycling, crushing & screening, or similar equipment
Strong mechanical knowledge with good understanding of hydraulics and electrics
Experience working in a field-based role
Ability to fault find and work independently
Full UK driving licence
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
What's on Offer
Basic salary £40,000 – £45,000
Overtime available – realistic OTE £70,000+
Company van + fuel card
