About the Role

A leading UK commercial vehicle body builder is seeking a skilled and proactive Mobile Field Service Technician to join their growing support team. This is a mobile role involving the servicing, diagnostics, and repair of light commercial vehicles (LCVs) at customer sites or roadside locations. You'll play a vital part in maintaining the reliability and safety of clients' fleets.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine servicing, inspections, and mechanical repairs on LCVs

*

Conduct diagnostic checks and fault-finding

*

Respond to breakdowns and carry out effective on-site repairs

*

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships

*

Complete job sheets and service documentation accurately

*

Maintain mobile workshop vehicle, tools, and equipment in top condition

What We’re Looking For

*

Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)

*

Previous experience working with light commercial vehicles

*

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities

*

Excellent communication and customer service skills

*

Full UK Driving Licence

*

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
