In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, repair, and commissioning of our wide range of equipment at customer locations within your designated region. As this is a field-based position, applicants must be located within the service area. The successful candidate will deliver excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients while ensuring equipment is maintained and operating to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Field Service Engineer, your duties will include: Servicing, repairing, and commissioning veterinary-specific equipmentWorking in line with company policies, procedures, and departmental guidelinesFollowing equipment method statements and service bulletinsEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulationsCompleting the required number of daily service calls as directed by the Field Service Management TeamBuilding and maintaining strong customer relationships while delivering excellent serviceCollaborating with the customersupport team to ensure efficient scheduling and delivery of service visitsAccurately completing service reports and documentation Maintaining tools, testing equipment, and vehicle stock levelsCandidate Requirements The successful candidate will demonstrate: Previous experience in a field service engineer roleStrong customer service and communication skillsSolid understanding of electrical and mechanical principlesA methodical and detail-focused approach to workProven ability to diagnose and repair complex equipmentEffective time management and prioritisation skillsStrong problem-solving abilitiesGood computer literacyA positive, proactive attitudeThe ability to work independently while collaborating with the Field Service Management Team when requiredJBRP1_UKTJ
