Due to continued growth, they are seeking a technically-minded Field Service Engineer to join their specialist engineering team.The RoleThis is a home-based field role covering London and the Home Counties. You will be responsible for the \"full-lifecycle\" support of advanced machinery including binders, stitchers, folders, laminators, and guillotines.Key Responsibilities:Installation & Commissioning:Leading the on-site setup of high-value machinery.Maintenance:Carrying out scheduled servicing to ensure maximum client uptime.Technical Support:Diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical faults.Systems & Software:Performing PCB swap-outs, interpreting error codes, and executing software updates.Training:Acting as the subject matter expert to train client operators on new equipment.About YouWe are looking for a \"multiskilled\" engineersomeone who is as comfortable with a wrench as they are with a diagnostic laptop.Engineering Background:Strong mechanical knowledge (gears, bearings, belts) and electrical fault-finding skills.Electronic Proficiency:Experience with board-level diagnostics (PCBs) and software fixes.Industry Experience:While print industry experience is highly desirable, we welcome candidates frompackaging, FMCG, or automated manufacturingbackgrounds.Requirements:A full UK driving licence and a flexible approach to travel and occasional overnight stays.The Benefits PackageHigh Earning Potential:Base salary up to £45k with all overtime paid atTime and a Half.Bonuses:Both monthly and annual performance-related bonuses.Vehicle:Fully expensed company car (Automatic).Work-Life Balance:23 days holiday (increasing annually to 26) + Bank Holidays.Future-Proofing:Stakeholder Pension Scheme and ongoing training on the latest global technology.JBRP1_UKTJ
