Industrious Recruitment are seeking a Field Based Engineer to cover the Chester area.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading company within their field.
Duties:
To achieve Company KPI’s of First Time Fix Rate. To achieve Company KPI’s for Mean Time Between Failure. To achieve Company KPI’s of Car Stock accuracy.
To achieve Company KPI’s of implementation of ECR’s and TB’s. To achieve Company KPI’s of performing PMI’s promptly. To provide effective Technical Phone Support.
To provide 1st level IT support for any products that are part of the companies customer solution. Work hand in hand with customer IT team to maintain and manage the customer IT solution
FSE’s must ensure that they introduce themselves to the senior member of the client staff at the start of each site visit. Confirmation of fault details / circumstances etc. must be ascertained prior to commencing work on the equipment If work is required on another analyser at site being attended, then admin must be informed prior to any work taking place. Customer must be periodically kept informed of any changes to estimated completion time. You should communicate with your Regional Field Service Manager (RFSM) at least weekly to keep abreast of activity in your area.
