Their equipment supports major industries including automotive, aerospace, furniture, HVAC, and structural fabrication, helping customers achieve greater precision, efficiency, and productivity.
Field Service Engineer Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machine tools both electrically and mechanically
Install, commission, and formally hand over new CNC equipment at customer sites
Deliver operator training covering machine use and routine maintenance
Provide ongoing after-sales, technical, and application support to customers
Carry out planned preventative maintenance as well as reactive breakdown support
Feedback technical findings and service insights to internal departments and the factory
Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers to ensure high service standards
Field Service Engineer Requirements
Demonstrable experience working as a Field Service Engineer on CNC machinery
In-depth technical expertise across: CNC control systems (Siemens experience preferred)<...
