Urus Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to join a growing renewable energy business. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Field Service Engineer looking to work on CHP and gas engine systems.
The Role Field Service Engineer
As a Field Service Engineer , you will:
Carry out service, maintenance and repair as a Field Service Engineer
Work on CHP and gas engines as a Field Service Engineer
Attend breakdowns and carry out fault finding as a Field Service Engineer
Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) as a Field Service Engineer
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults as a Field Service Engineer
Travel to client sites across the South West as a Field Service Engineer
Manage your own workload and complete reports as a Field Service Engineer
Requirements Field Service Engineer
To be successful as a Field Service Engineer , you should have:
Experience working as a Field Service Engineer or similar
Strong mechanical engineering background (ideal for a Field Service Engineer)
Experience with engines, generators or power generation equipment
Fault-finding experience as a Field Service Engineer
Basic electrical knowledge (desirable for a Field Service Engineer role)
Full UK driving licence
