Field Service Engineer - Ricoh MFD / Print (Walking Role)

Location: Central London (Hybrid)

An established and growing provider of managed print and document solutions is looking to appoint a Field Service Engineer to support clients across Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a customer-focused business delivering industry-leading MFD technology, with a strong emphasis on service quality and long-term client relationships.

The Role
\n
You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of MFDs and print equipment across your assigned region, ensuring a high standard of service delivery at all times.
\n
Key responsibilities include: * Installing, servicing and maintaining MFDs, printers and associated software * Diagnosing and repairing faults both on-site and remotely * Carrying out routine maintenance and preventative servicing * Managing service calls efficiently in line with agreed SLAs * Providing technical support and basic user training to customers * Maintaining accurate service records and documentation * Building strong client relationships and representing the business professionally

The Ideal Candidate
\n
The ideal candidate will have experience working within the MFD / print industry and be confident operating in a customer-facing field role.
\n
You will ideally have: * Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer within the MFD / print sector * Strong working knowledge of Ricoh devices (essential) * Experience with PaperCut or similar print management software (desirable, training can be provided) * Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills * Good IT and networking knowledge (TCP/IP, scanning, print drivers) * Strong communication and customer service skills * A full UK driving licence
