Field Service Engineer (Plant)
£35,000 - £40,000 (47k OTE) + Ongoing Training + Generous Overtime + 42.5 Hour Weeks + Monday to Friday + Personal Use Vehicle + Progression within Company

Are you a Field Service Engineer who has worked on plant machinery, looking for a role split between the workshop and on the road, in a regional patch working on state-of-the-art machinery within a leading plant equipment provider where continuous opportunities to progress your career and receive training on digital installs and GPS systems, making you an expert?

This company is a leading plant and heavy construction machinery provider with numerous depots around the UK. They have around 25 years' experience and are continually investing in the growth of this industry leading business.

In this role you will be split between the workshop and field across a midlands patch with flexible work times based on a 42.5hr week with the option to increase your earnings through generous overtime rates. You will be working on a range of construction machinery diagnosing and reporting faults as well as servicing machines. When on the road this role is paid door to door with some days being workshop based.

This role would suit a Plant Fitter or similar looking for a days-only role, split between the workshop and covering a midlands patch for an industry leading company who offer a good working environment and work-life balance.
The Role

  • Undertaking planned and reactive maintenance on plant equipment
  • Working a split between the workshop and field
  • 5-hour weeks Monday to Friday, with flexible start times
  • Covering a Midlands patch

The Person

  • Plant fitter or similar
  • Plant or agricultural background
  • UK driver's license
