Job Description
A global leading manufacturer of advanced capital equipment used in precision engineering has a new vacancy for a Field Service Engineer to join the team. Joining at a time of new product launch and global expansion, you will provide onsite technical and training to customers both in the UK and abroad.\n\nThe Role\n\nTroubleshoot, install and maintain advanced engineering equipment.\n\nProviding onsite and inhouse training courses.\n\nMaintain and develop good relationships with customers.\n\nIdentifying and participate in sales opportunities such as contract renewals and parts sales.\n\nMaintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.\n\nTravel to sites, both in the UK and internationally.\n\nThe Person\n\nValid driver's license and good driving record.\n\nExperience diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electromechanical equipment.\n\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to communicate technical issues.\n\nAble and willing to travel to customer sites globally
