Job Title: Electromechanical Field Service EngineerLocation:BradfordSalary: £40,000 + OTE £44,000Job Type: Full-Time | PermanentWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PMThe RoleWe are currently seeking two experienced Electromechanical Field Service Engineers to join a well-established and growing organisation within the industrial machinery sector. This is a field-based role suited to engineers who enjoy working independently and travelling nationwide.You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of specialist shredding and baling machinery across a variety of environments, including corporate offices, government facilities, and secure sites.Due to the nature of the client base, you must hold a valid British Passport and be willing to undergo CRB checks.Key ResponsibilitiesAttend reactive breakdowns and carry out fault diagnosis and repairPerform planned preventative maintenance (PPM)Install and commission new machinery on client sitesRefurbish and upgrade existing equipmentWork closely with the service team to manage schedules, parts, and job progressEnsure all service reports and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on timeAdhere to strict health & safety regulations, RAMS, and method statementsDeliver a high standard of customer service at all timesRequirementsProven experience in electromechanical engineering (field service preferred)Relevant electrical or mechanical qualificationStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage your own workloadGood communication and organisational skillsComputer literateFull UK Driving Licence (clean)Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away when requiredMust be able to pass a CRB checkMust hold a valid British Passport due to site access requirementsWhats on OfferSalary of £40,000 + OTE £44,000Company van (Ford Connect) + fuel cardCompany tools, mobile phone & laptopUniform, PPE, and overalls providedPension schemeOpportunity to work with high-end clients across the UKFull product training, including manufacturer training in GermanyJoin a friendly, growing business with a strong industry reputationJBRP1_UKTJ
