Job Title: Electromechanical Field Service Engineer

Salary: £40,000 + OTE £44,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

The Role We are currently seeking two experienced Electromechanical Field Service Engineers to join a well-established and growing organisation within the industrial machinery sector. This is a field-based role suited to engineers who enjoy working independently and travelling nationwide. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of specialist shredding and baling machinery across a variety of environments, including corporate offices, government facilities, and secure sites. Due to the nature of the client base, you must hold a valid British Passport and be willing to undergo CRB checks.

Key Responsibilities

Attend reactive breakdowns and carry out fault diagnosis and repair

Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

Install and commission new machinery on client sites

Refurbish and upgrade existing equipment
