The Role
We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our UK team. This is a hands-on role combining field service, technical support, and workshop repairs.

You will travel across the UK supporting customers, diagnosing faults, and ensuring our products are installed and operating to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing and electrical faults on-site
• Provide technical support to installers, contractors, and end users
• Conduct root cause analysis and complete service reports
• Manage warranty cases in line with company policy
• Carry out workshop repairs and refurbishment of returned products
• Support product testing, quality checks, and modifications
• Work closely with Technical, Commercial, and Sales teams
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment to a high standard

About You

• Qualified plumber with recognised certification
• Strong experience in bathroom installations and fault finding
• Electrical knowledge (18th Edition preferred or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in a field service or service engineer role
• Confident xbpsjku working independently across multiple sites
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Comfortable using reporting tools (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel nationwide
