Field Maintenance Engineer Agricultural & Estate EquipmentWe are recruiting a Field Maintenance Engineer to support agricultural estates and poultry farming operations across multiple sites in Lincolnshire.This role is ideal for a mechanically biased engineer who enjoys a varied environment working on agricultural machinery, estate equipment, buildings and infrastructure.If you are a Maintenance Engineer, Agricultural Engineer, Plant Engineer or Field Service Engineer, this role offers a highly varied position combining mechanical maintenance, fault finding and estate engineering support.As a Field Maintenance Engineer, you will carry out maintenance and repair work across agricultural estate sites ensuring equipment and facilities remain safe, compliant and operational.Key responsibilities include: Mechanical maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery Fault finding and breakdown response across estate equipment Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across multiple sites Maintenance of poultry sheds, estate buildings and infrastructure Electrical testing, repair and installation where qualified Diagnosing mechanical faults and implementing effective solutions Maintaining accurate service and maintenance records Supporting estate teams and maintenance coordinatorsThe role involves working independently across estate locations while ensuring all work complies with health and safety legislation.Equipment & Systems Youll Work On Agricultural machinery Poultry farm equipment Estate plant and infrastructure Mechanical drive systems Estate buildings and facilities Electrical systems (where qualified)What Were Looking ForThe successful Field Maintenance Engineer will typically have: Strong mechanical engineering background Experience working on agricultural machinery, plant equipment or estate assets Ability to diagnose faults and carry out mechanical repairs Electrical qualification or relevant electrical maintenance experience Ability to work independently across multiple sites Full UK driving licence (6 points or fewer)Desirable ExperienceExperience in any of the following would be beneficial: Agricultural engineering Poultry or livestock production environments Estate maintenance Industrial or manufacturing maintenance Heavy plant or machinery maintenanceApplyIf you are currently working as a:Field Maintenance Engineer Agricultural Engineer Plant Engineer Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Field Service EngineerWe would welcome your application for this Field Maintenance Engineer opportunity in Lincolnshire.JBRP1_UKTJ
