Field Maintenance Engineer Agricultural & Estate Equipment We are recruiting a Field Maintenance Engineer to support agricultural estates and poultry farming operations across multiple sites in Lincolnshire . This role is ideal for a mechanically biased engineer who enjoys a varied environment working on agricultural machinery, estate equipment, buildings and infrastructure . If you are a Maintenance Engineer, Agricultural Engineer, Plant Engineer or Field Service Engineer , this role offers a highly varied position combining mechanical maintenance, fault finding and estate engineering support. As a Field Maintenance Engineer , you will carry out maintenance and repair work across agricultural estate sites ensuring equipment and facilities remain safe, compliant and operational. What Were Looking For The successful Field Maintenance Engineer will typically have: Strong mechanical engineering background Experience working on agricultural machinery, plant equipment or estate assets Ability to diagnose faults and carry out mechanical repairs Electrical qualification or relevant electrical maintenance experience Ability to work independently across multiple sites Full UK driving licence (6 points or fewer)

Desirable Experience Experience in any of the following would be beneficial: Agricultural engineering Poultry or livestock production environments Estate maintenance Industrial or manufacturing maintenance Heavy plant or machinery maintenance
