Job Description

Field Service Electrician (progression to HVAC Engineer) £40,000 - £45,000 + Company Bonus + Overtime + Training + Monday - Friday + Company Vehicle Carlisle, Cumbria

Are you a Field Service Electrician or similar looking to take the next step in your career and become a specialist HVAC Engineer within a well-established company offering full training, external qualifications, and plenty of overtime to boost your earnings?

This long-standing agricultural company has been operating since the 1960s, providing specialist cooling and storage solutions. With a multimillion-pound turnover and continued growth, they offer a stable and rewarding environment to build your career.

In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining cooling systems across local sites. You'll work primarily Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, with occasional out-of-hours callouts, which are compensated with additional pay and extra holiday. Full in-house training will be provided, along with the opportunity to gain F-Gas certification and progress into a fully qualified HVAC Engineer.

This role would suit a Field Service Electrician or similar who is eager to develop new skills and progress into a specialist HVAC position within a supportive and growing company.

Installation, servicing, and maintenance of cooling Carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance Participation in an out-of-hours call-out rota (paid + extra holiday) Full training and development into HVAC

Electrical Field Service Engineer or similar Looking to learn to develop within HVAC Full clean UK driver's license
