A key player in the Healthcare Emergency and Nurse Call Systems sector currently has an opening for a Field Service Commissioning Engineer.

Key Duties:

Service and repair of all systems on site. Preventative Maintenance Inspections. Installation work. System commissioning. Technical assistance by telephone. Participate in an on-call Rota On-site technical back up to sub-contractors and/or other installation companies. Stock control of spare parts. Be confident and comfortable working in hospitals with challenging environments.

Job Competencies/Key Skills:

Familiarity with a range of hand tools. Come from an alarm background - Security Alarm, Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm or Nurse Call systems Familiarity with a range of soldering tools. Knowledge of test equipment to include DVM, oscilloscopes. Ability to work individually or part of a team. Good written and oral communication skills. Well organized and able to prioritize and multitask.
