Field Sales Representative

£26,227.50 base salary (£40,000 OTE) + uncapped comission + loyalty bonuses

Monday to Friday 12pm - 8pm and weekends

Commercial vehicle provided, full UK Driving License required

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
  • Introducing GoFibres full fibre broadband to customers inlaunched communities and routes
  • Representing the brand face-to-face through door-to-door sales and local engagement
  • Opening new doors and developing fresh territories, building awareness from scratch
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending the right package
  • Managing and growing your own territory, pipeline and customer base
  • Working routes daily, maximising coverage and opportunity
  • Hitting targets and earning uncapped commission
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
  • Experience in a customer-facing sales environment (retail, events, hospitality, telecoms or similar)
  • Confidence starting conversations with new people, especially in new areas
  • Resilience and self-motivation when working independently in the field
  • A target-driven mindset with a hunger to succeed
  • A full UK driving licence
