Field Sales Executive Responsibilities
Generating leads and building interest through proactive outreach in your territory Engaging with local communities to showcase the benefits of our full fibre broadband and how it can transform their home or business Conducting in‑home or in‑business broadband consultations and upselling where appropriate Delivering exceptional customer experiences that build trust and wow potential customers Representing the company at local events and networking opportunities Becoming a true product expert (full training provided) Consistently exceeding sales targets and delivering key performance indicators Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and local partners
Qualifications
Experience in roles such as Sales Executive, Sales Representative, Account Manager, Sales Consultant, or any customer‑facing sales position (retail or utilities experience welcome) Enjoyment of direct selling and finding the right solutions for customers Confident, professional, and personable with excellent communication skills Strong problem‑solving ability Comfortable working door‑to‑door and independently in the field Positive, ambitious attitude and passion for delivering outstanding customer service Full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own car (business mileage reimbursed) Previous field or door‑to‑door sales experience advantageous but not essential – full training and ongoing support will be provided
