Location: Cheltenham (field-based)
Salary: £28,000 basic + commission
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Are you confident speaking to people, love being out and about, and enjoy the buzz of winning new customers?

We’re recruiting a Field Sales Executive for a well-established, family-run business in the food & drink sector. You’ll be out in local neighbourhoods around Cheltenham, promoting a home delivery service and signing up new customers on the doorstep.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, target-driven and likes the idea of being paid for the results they deliver.

What you’ll be doing as a Field Sales Executive

Door-to-door canvassing in residential areas, promoting a local home delivery service

*

Acting as a brand ambassador, explaining the service and product range in a professional, friendly way

*

Handling objections confidently and turning interest into sign-ups

*

Taking new customer details accurately and passing them to internal teams for processing

*

Working to agreed sales targets and area plans

*

Travelling to and from target locations around Cheltenham and surrounding areas

*

Following company guidelines, processes and procedures at all times

About you

We’re looking for a Field Sales Executive who is:

Highly self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude

*

Confident talking to people on the doorstep and engaging with the public

*

A strong communicator, able to influence and build rapport quickly

*

Comfortable working on your own initiative and managing your own day

*

Trustworthy, reliable and organised, with a strong work ethic

*

Able to multi-task and problem-solve on the spot

*

Holder of a full UK driving licence

Previous field sales, door-to-door, charity fundraising or similar experience would be an advantage, but the right attitude and resilience are just as important. A DBS check will be required (supported by the company).

What’s on offer
