Field Sales Executive – Trowbridge Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Salary: £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £50,000) Car allowance: £250 per month. Business travel paid. Responsibilities

Going door‑to‑door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on. Managing your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers. Driving your performance ‑ hitting and exceeding your targets consistently. Building relationships with the local community and internally. Being open to feedback, eager to learn and adapt your approach.

Qualifications

Full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle. Driven by working towards targets and motivated by results. Solid face‑to‑face sales experience and ability to engage people. Friendly, confident, and enjoys real conversations. Capable of managing time and hitting targets solo.
