About The Role As part of Team Cotteswold, you will expand our doorstep delivery service as a Field Sales Executive based in Tewkesbury. You will promote our local dairy products to consumers and help grow the business. About You
Confident communicator who can influence and engage people Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently Positive outlook and strong work ethic Comfortable approaching and talking to new people Full UK driving licence (essential) DBS check required Previous sales experience desirable but not essential
Hours, Pay & Benefits Hours: 37.5 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday, 11:00 – 19:00 (includes travel time) Salary: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission Benefits: Enhanced pension (4.0% employee contribution; 4.5% employer contribution); claim healthcare costs back via Simply Health; brand new welfare facilities at Tewkesbury. Key Responsibilities
Targeted doorstep canvassing to promote the local doorstep delivery service Act as a brand ambassador, communicating company values and story Engage with potential customers, explaining the range of fresh, local dairy products Recognise objections and overcome them positively and professionally Collect new customer details and liaise with internal departments for processing Travel to and from target locations to support community growth Work to weekly sales targets with unlimited earning potential
