This is a hands‑on field sales role for someone who likes being out meeting people rather than sitting behind a desk. You will spend most of your week on the road building real distribution and real relationships. There is genuine scope to grow with the business and shape your own patch as performance delivers. Clear progression into bigger commercial responsibility as the business scales. What You’ll Be Doing
Building new distribution across sports and leisure venues, including gyms, clubs, and independent operators. Opening doors and forming partnerships with operators in fitness team sports and premium participation venues. Owning in-store execution across a select group of retail accounts to ensure standout visibility. Managing your territory end‑to‑end with a strong focus on new business and repeat orders.
What You’ll Need to Bring
High energy resilience and comfort working autonomously on the road most of the week. Confidence starting conversations and building relationships from a cold start. Strong organisation and time management with a results‑first mindset. A full UK driving licence and confident driving daily, including central London.
