Full-time | PermanentThe RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for aField Sales Engineerto join a leading supplier ofindustrial compressors, compressed air systems, vacuum technology, and associated equipment.This is ahome-based, customer-facing technical sales rolefocused on developing new business, managing key accounts, and providing engineered solutions across manufacturing, engineering, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, and general industry sectors.You will work closely with service, applications, and internal sales teams to deliverenergy-efficient compressed air solutions, turnkey installations, and long-term service agreements.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopnew business opportunitiesfor industrialair compressors, dryers, filtration, pipework, and air system solutionsManage and grow an existing portfolio ofOEM, manufacturing, and engineering customersConductsite surveys, air audits, and technical assessmentsto recommend optimal solutionsPreparetechnical quotations, proposals, and tender submissionsPromoteservice contracts, maintenance agreements, and energy-saving upgradesAchievesales targets, margin objectives, and territory growth plansMaintain accurate activity usingCRM systemsAbout YouProven experience infield sales engineering, technical sales, or business developmentStrong knowledge ofcompressed air systems, compressors, pneumatics, vacuum, pumps, or rotating equipmentAbility to sellcapital equipment, service contracts, and engineered solutionsComfortable working in afield-based, autonomous sales roleExcellentcommunication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsFull UK driving licenceDesirable:Experience withenergy efficiency projects, air audits, leak detection, or industrial utilities.Whats on OfferCompetitivebasic salary + uncapped bonus / commissionCompany car or car allowancePension, private healthcare, and holiday allowanceStructuredproduct training and career progressionOpportunity to join amarket-leading engineering manufacturer / distributorJBRP1_UKTJ
