ValueTechFactor is a UK tech start-up specialising in Compliance, Risk, Secure Access and Financial Inclusion solutions. We help people and businesses stay compliant, reduce risk, and protect their teams in a world where mobility and cybersecurity are now business-critical.
As we expand across the UK, Europe and the USA, we’re looking for commission-only Sales Agents who can open doors, spark conversations and put our technology in front of the businesses that need it most.
This is a strong opportunity for Agents with established contacts in regulated, non-regulated or tech-focused sectors. You’ll be introducing powerful Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-money Laundering reporting (AML) capabilities to accounting firms, estate agents, insurers, law firms, software houses and trading organisations, while also promoting our CyberSecure remote work platform to ISPs, telco companies, healthcare providers, fintechs and broader commercial markets.
Our primary focus is SMEs requiring up to 250 seats, though we can support businesses of any size.
Your Impact
You’ll immediately contribute by uncovering and developing new business, generating leads, and coordinating with our internal team to arrange online demos that move prospects through the pipeline. You’ll use your network, industry insights and commercial instinct to identify opportunities quickly and guide them towards a successful close.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with senior decision-makers, understands the value of secure and compliant operations, and is motivated by the potential to earn meaningful, recurring commission.
What Helps You Succeed
Experience in compliance, due diligence or risk assessment provides a strong advantage, as does familiarity with KYC/AML platforms or screening tools. Knowledge of virtual desktop solutions such as Citrix, VMware, Azure Virtual Desktop or AWS WorkSpaces is a significant plus.

Commission Structure
* 10% on all new sales (invoiced and paid)
* 5% on all additional orders and renewals (invoiced and paid)
* Uncapped earnings
This is a commission-only position and Field Sales Agents must have a driving licence and a vehicle
