Field Sales Account Manager – Vehicle Warranty Sector | £50K+ OTE | Uncapped Commission\n\nOne of the UK’s fastest-growing businesses in the vehicle warranty sector is looking for ambitious Account Managers to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a people-focused organisation with big ambitions and excellent career prospects.\n\n What’s on offer:\n\n * \n\n £25K–£30K base salary + £50K+ potential earnings (uncapped commission)\n\n * \n\n 25 days annual leave + bank holidays\n\n * \n\n Company pension\n\n * \n\n Car allowance/company vehicle\n\n * \n\n Laptop & mobile phone\n\n * \n\n Staff recognition & referral schemes\n\n * \n\n Employee wellbeing programme\n\n * \n\n Ongoing training & development\n\n * \n\n Company events & a great team culture\n\n The role:\n\n * \n\n Manage and grow existing motor dealer accounts\n\n * \n\n Actively canvass and acquire new business in your territory\n\n * \n\n Deliver bespoke training solutions to support dealer warranty sales\n\n * \n\n Present, negotiate, and overcome objections to win new accounts\n\n * \n\n Plan your diary effectively to hit monthly KPIs\n\n * \n\n Analyse reporting systems to identify growth opportunities\n\n What we’re looking for:\n\n * \n\n Sales experience in a dealership or field-based environment\n\n * \n\n Confident relationship builder with strong communication skills\n\n * \n\n Comfortable cold-calling and thinking on your feet\n\n * \n\n Motivated, ambitious, and hungry to succeed\n\n * \n\n Excellent customer service and presentation skills\n\n * \n\n Driving licence required\n\nThis is a full-time, permanent role with huge potential for growth.
