We are looking for someone with the desire to make their mark and take the next step in their career into an extremely Client focused environment to deliver our growth forecasts. The role will require you to roll your sleeves up and deal with Clients of all shapes and sizes including supporting Clients with live booking queries.  You will be required to visit clients 2/3 times per week, potential overnight stays, use of own vehicle or public transport with expenses paid.  This will be a temp to perm role over 6 months.

Being solution and results driven You will take ownership of the relationship (if assigned), focusing on retention, upselling additional services, and securing Client participation in case studies and testimonials.

Skills and Knowledge

Need 2+ years of experience working from home. Will have 2+ years of account management experience/Senior complaint handling experience, preferably within the property, outsourcing or technology sectors.
