Role: Field Operations Supervisor Location: Northwest RegionSalary: £40,000 + Company VanIndustry: InfrastructureWe are looking for a motivated and experienced Field Supervisor to join a growing team within the technology/infrastructure sector. This is a hands-on, field-based role covering the Northwest, Greater Manchester, and Merseyside regions, supporting the successful delivery of projects and services.The RoleYou will oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Acting as a key point of contact, you'll support engineers, manage subcontractors, and build strong relationships with customers.Key Responsibilities* Supervise engineers and subcontractors on-site* Plan and oversee project delivery from start to finish* Ensure compliance with health & safety standards* Monitor quality, timelines, and project costs* Act as the first point of escalation for technical and operational issues* Maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams* Support and develop field engineers through training and guidance* Assist with on-site work where requiredAbout You* Experience in a field-based supervisory or team lead role* Strong understanding of infrastructure/cabling environments* Ability to read technical drawings and troubleshoot issues* Good knowledge of health & safety practices* Excellent communication and leadership skills* Full UK driving licenceDesirable* Industry certifications (e.g. cabling, ECS/CSCS, SSSTS)* Experience with CCTV, WiFi, IT systems, or access controlWhat's on Offer* £30,000 - £40,000 salary (depending on experience)* Company van provided* Opportunity to work on varied projects across the South* Ongoing training and career developmentJBRP1_UKTJ
