Salary: £51,515.10 Per annum + Vehicle allowance

The successful candidate will manage, direct and plan all works carried out by allocated resources across contracts, ensuring service delivery, quality, cost control, compliance, and timely completion of works. Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage, plan, organise and coordinate works orders within agreed timescales and budgets Ensure variations and additional costs are recovered and proper accounts are submitted in line with approved budgets Direct in-house operatives, agency staff, and subcontractors to maximise productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction Ensure efficient use of labour, plant, equipment, materials and transport resources Monitor KPIs, complaints, service delivery performance and implement improvement actions Administer incentive schemes and resolve queries relating to payments and discrepancies Ensure compliance with operational procedures and identify opportunities for continuous improvement Take responsibility for Health & Safety across all service delivery activities...
