Field Engineer

We are recruiting a Field Service Engineer to join a specialist water treatment team working across the UK.

This is a hands-on field-based role where you’ll service, maintain, and support industrial water treatment systems at customer sites. You’ll work independently, solve technical problems, and deliver a high standard of customer service.

Full training is provided — so this is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term engineering career.

What you’ll be doing

* Service and maintain water treatment equipment (filtration, RO, softeners, effluent systems)

* Diagnose and fix faults on-site and remotely

* Support installation and commissioning work (training provided)

* Complete service reports and documentation

* Work closely with customers and site teams

* Ensure all work is carried out safely and professionally

What we’re looking for

* Practical, hands-on individual with a problem-solving mindset

* Good communication skills and professional attitude

* Willingness to travel across the UK and stay away when required

* IT literate (Word, Excel, email)

* Full UK driving licence

* GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English

Desirable (not essential):

* Electrical or mechanical background

* Field service or engineering experience

* Exposure to water treatment or industrial systems
