Our client is a leading distributor of water treatment plant to the construction, rail and utilities sectors and due to continued expansion Staffbase have been appointed to recruit for the position of Field Service Engineer (Water Treatment Plant). \n\nThe successful candidate will undertake installation, service and repair of water treatment plant throughout the North of England and the wider UK.\n\nThe Role:\n\nReporting to the service manager you will be responsible for installations, service, repair and testing of water treatment plant at various locations throughout the UK. \n\nDuties will include but is not limited to the following;\n\nInstallation and commissioning water treatment plant including settlement tanks, treatment tanks, dosing skids, monitoring equipment and more.\nMechanical maintenance and repair pumps, motors, pipe work, filters\nElectrical fault find and repair control panels, wiring Candidate:\n\nYou will be an experienced electrical and / or mechanical engineer ideally with previous experience and knowledge of water treatment plant.

\n\nYou will have a recognised electrical and /or mechanical engineering qualification e.g. NVQ3, 18th edition etc etc.\n\nIdeally you will have a valid CSCS card and UK driving licence. \n\nThere will be travel throughout the north of England and sometimes throughout the UK with occasional nights away from home .

\n\nHours of work:\n\nMonday to Friday 7.30am -4.30pm + OT\n\nBenefits:\n\nBasic salary £45K + OT + Bonus (OTE £55K)\n33 days annual leave\nCompany Van\nHealthcare\nPension
