Field Engineer – Heavy Civil / Infrastructure

Our client, a Massachusetts contractor committed to training and developing the next of leaders, is seeking a Field Engineer. You’ll be given real responsibility, strong mentorship, and clear growth paths into project management.

What you’ll be working on (and more)

Support field execution on heavy-civil jobs in highways, bridges, marine, rail, and transit facilities—layout, quantities, submittals/RFIs, QC/QA, and day-to-day coordination that keeps crews productive and safe.

What you’ll do day-to-day

Assist with field engineering, layouts, and schedules.

Support project managers and superintendents.

Maintain documentation and technical reporting.

Help enforce safety and quality in the field.

What you bring

Four-year engineering or construction management degree.

Valid Driver’s License required.

Familiarity with HCSS, Vista, CAD, or Primavera .

Teamwork, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to grow.
