03/04/2025 About the Role We are seeking a professional and reliable Vehicle Collection Agent to join one of the UKs longest-established asset recovery firms. This is a field-based role involving the recovery and transportation of vehicles across the UK on behalf of major banks and financial institutions. You will handle a variety of collections, including: Pre-arranged repossessions Voluntary surrenders End-of-contract vehicle collections Vehicles are transported using single-vehicle carriers to designated locations. Key Responsibilities Carry out vehicle recoveries in line with company and regulatory requirements Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive data Follow a structured, automated scheduling and route planning system Ensure full compliance with operational procedures and legal guidelines Deliver vehicles safely and efficiently to nominated destinations About You Proven experience in
