Are you an experienced care professional looking for a change?Come and join the Agincare family as aField Care Supervisor!As an Agincare Employee you'll enjoyThis role offers many benefits including:Up to £28,000 per annumRefer a friend scheme earn up to £1000*Mileage 32p per mileOutstanding Career DevelopmentFully funded training up to QCF Level 5Blue Light care discount packageCompany pension schemeWhat is required from you?A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UKFull UK driving licence and access to your own vehicleDemonstrable experience in the social care sector at a supervisory levelWell organised and self-motivated40 hours per week- On Call RequiredA day in the life of a Field Care SupervisorAs a Field Care Supervisor, you will be a main point of contact for day-to-day support, guidance and information to allocated clients and staff.You will be responsible for monitoring and checking the health, well-being of clients and staff by using face to face visits, telephone calls and monitoring care records.You will undertake assessments, and re-assessments of care needs and risk manage clients to ensure that their care plans reflect their needs and are person-centred.You will ensure that arrangements are in place to safeguard clients against the risk of abuse, and ensure that staff receive appropriate training and support to deliver care safely and feel confident to highlight any potential issues.You will conduct regular supervisions and reviews with team members to review competency and promote personal development.The role will include some responsibility for on-call and may involve working some weekends.About AgincareWere a family run business thats been caring and supporting people since 1986.
