We are looking for an experienced and motivated Field Care Supervisor to join a well-established, high-performing domiciliary care provider in Wandsworth.

The Role
As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting both clients and Care Professionals, ensuring care is delivered to a consistently high standard. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and supporting a team of up to 30 Care Professionals Carrying out introductions, supervisions and spot checks Completing Care Certificate observations and supporting with medication and moving and handling Conducting client reviews and quality assurance visits Auditing care records, including call logs and eMARs Identifying trends and supporting improvements across the service Working closely with families, healthcare professionals and the wider community About You Minimum 2 years' experience within the care sector, ideally in a senior or supervisory role NVQ Level 2 in He...
