Rainbow Care Solutions, a long-established, CQC-registered home care provider with over 20 years' experience, is looking for a Field Care Supervisor –to support our St Helens branch, covering St Helens, Sefton and the surrounding areas.

About the role

As a Field Care Supervisor , you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of person-centred care and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out regular spot checks on care staff to monitor quality and best practice
  • Assessing new clients and completing initial assessments in line with company and CQC requirements
  • Completing and reviewing care plans and risk assessments to ensure they are accurate, up to date and person-centred
  • Conducting care reviews with clients and families, responding promptly to changing needs
  • Carrying out supervisions and appraisals for care staff, providing support, guidance and feedback
  • Working closely with the Care Coordinator and Branch Manager to address any concerns, incidents or complaints
  • Supporting with on-call duties as required to ensure continuity and safety of care

About you

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has solid experience in domiciliary/home care (Senior Carer/Team Leader or similar)
  • Understands CQC standards and person-centred care
  • Is confident completing assessments, reviews, care plans and risk assessments
  • Has strong communication skills and can build positive relationships with clients, families and staff
  • Is organised, proactive and able to work independently across Redditch and nearby areas
  • Is confident using digital systems for care planning and record-keeping
  • Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle (travel across St Helens, Sefton, and surrounding areas is essential)
  • Has the right to live and work in England
