We are seeking a Fibre focused Project Coordinator to join our team, working from our office in Watford on a hybrid basis. This opportunity is an initial 3-month contract (Inside IR35) with the potential to move to permanent for the right person. What You Will Be Doing

• Supporting Delivery Managers and Commercial Lead as required with data entry onto various systems, providing updates where required.
• Helping secure permits for site access and completing associated reports on a bi-daily basis.
• Raising of civils permits through to completion.
• Updating the client database with necessary information, promptly and accurately.
• Keep planning tool updated via bulk upload, Status updates and Purchase Order creation/Receipts.
• Assisting team with collating and generating handover/job packs when required.
• Booking site access or outages per client or job requirements and recording this on the Project Tracker.
• Ordering any materials required on the job materials pick list.
  
  

• Previous experience in a similar role is a must to ensure you can pick things up quickly.
• Willingness to learn with excellent attention to detail.
• Great communicator with passion and eagerness to learn and grow with us.
• Demonstrable organisation & time management skills to ensure deadlines are met.
• Experienced in MS Office, Excel, word, MS Project preferred.
• Openreach PIA experience/knowledge beneficial, but not essential.
• Street Manager experience/knowledge beneficial, but not essential.
