£40,000 - £43,000 + Call Out + Overtime 23 days holiday + van
Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer based in the Northholt are and looking for a new role?
We're working with a leading HVAC and FM service provider who is looking for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team, covering 3 MOD sites, 1 Northholt, 1 Feltham. You will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites and plant rooms. This includes fault-finding, repairs, and ensuring the smooth operation of all systems.
Key Responsibilities:

• Service, maintain, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems at different client sites.
• When not working on air conditioning and HVAC systems. you will carry out Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) on other building systems to keep them running well and meet safety standards.
• Keep clear and up-to-date records of all maintenance, PPM tasks, and repairs.
• Deal quickly with any problems related to air conditioning or other building systems.
• Work closely with site Facilities Managers and outside contractors to organise maintenance work.
• Follow all health and safety rules when working.
• Travel to different sites across the North West as part of your job.

Skills & Experience:

• At least 2-3 years' experience in air conditioning or a similar role.
• F-Gas Category 1 certification is essential.
• Good knowledge of air conditioning systems, HVAC system and general building maintenance.
• Able to carry out PPM and service work carefully and on time.
• Good problem solver and able to work on your own.
• Friendly with good communication skills.
• Proactive and pays attention to detail.
