Highbridge Resourcing are a social care agency and we are recruiting a level 3 qualified Support Worker to work with a young female on a 2 to 1 package based in Weston Super Mare. The young person has complex mental health and lives independently, with support. The support worker role is available on a long term contract basis and requires commitment and stability to enable relationships to form. As a support worker, you will be supporting a young person on a 2 to 1 basis with their transition into independent living. Working as part of a wider team, you will support the young person with the following; Relationship with family, peers, neighbours, staff and other professionals. Personal and domestic hygiene. Budgeting. Physical and emotional health. Training/education/employment/recreation. The shifts available are 2200-0800 You can choose how many hours a week you would like to work as part time and full time work is available. A minimum of 1 shift per week is required.
