Salary: £13.00 per hour (£25,350 per annum) plus benefits. Sleep-ins are paid additionally at £50 per sleep

What Youll Need Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
Previous experience in a care/support setting
A valid manual UK driving licence
The legal right to live and work in the UK
What Youll Be Doing Supporting daily routines from morning care to bedtime
Planning fun, person-centred activities that boost wellbeing
Contributing to tailored support plans
Building therapeutic relationships that truly make a difference
Keeping accurate support notes every detail matters

Redhill Supported Living is expanding, and were looking for kind, motivated people to join our welcoming, non-judgemental team.
Based across 16 vibrant apartments, we support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and sight loss to live fulfilling, independent lives, and now were building our next generation of exceptional Support Workers.

New to care? Youre very welcome here.
You dont need previous experience to make a difference. We provide full training, ongoing support, and hands-on guidance from day one. What really matters is your attitude, empathy, and willingness to learn.
