Childrens Support Worker (Fixed Rota 2 on / 3 off)We are seeking passionate and dedicated female Childrens Support Workers to join our team on a fixed rota.As a Childrens Support Worker, you will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality care and provide vital emotional support to young people. You will play a key role in empowering them to make informed choices, exercise their rights, and develop independence in a safe and supportive environment.Shift Pattern: 2 on, 3 off 08:00 22:00 Requirements: Full UK manual driving licence Minimum of 6 months experience in Social Care A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgemental approach Calm under pressure with strong interpersonal skills Reliable, committed, and proactive with a positive can-do attitude Important Information: We are unable to offer visa sponsorship.
