Female Support Worker – Driver – 24hrs/week – Block Bookings (GL7)

We are currently recruiting for a Female Support Worker (Driver Required) to support a female service user in her own home in Fairford (GL7 area).

This is a 2:1 care package, where you will always be working alongside an experienced support worker, making this a supportive and structured environment.

This role offers consistent, ongoing work with block-booked shifts, ideal for candidates looking for stability.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide person-centred support in a home setting

* Support with daily routines and independence

* Work as part of a 2:1 care team

* Follow care plans and risk assessments

* Ensure the safety and wellbeing of the service user

Shift Pattern

* Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

* Additional Evening Shift (to be confirmed)

* 4 hours per day / 6 days per week

* Approx. 24 hours per week

* Ongoing block bookings

Requirements

* Female candidates only (due to care requirements)

* Full UK Driving Licence (essential due to location)

* Previous support worker experience

* Epilepsy awareness / seizure training

* Up-to-date mandatory training

* Right to work in the UK
