Fee Earner – Conveyancing\n Full-time £45,000 per annum\n\nA modern and progressive law firm with a growing conveyancing department is seeking an experienced Fee Earner to join its expanding team.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated conveyancer to manage their own caseload within a supportive, forward-thinking environment.\n\nThe role\nManaging a varied caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion\n\nHandling files efficiently while ensuring accuracy and compliance at all stages\n\nWorking closely with colleagues to maintain consistent standards across the team\n\nUpdating case management systems in a timely and organised manner\n\nEnsuring all regulatory and procedural requirements are met\n\nAbout you\nProven experience managing a conveyancing caseload independently\n\nStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail\n\nConfident working both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team\n\nCompetent using legal case management systems\n\nRelevant legal qualifications (Law degree, CLC, or equivalent)\n\nIf you are a proactive Fee Earner looking to progress your career within a modern conveyancing practice, we would be delighted to hear from you.\n\nRecruitment information\n This vacancy is being handled by Aspire Recruitment.
