Experienced full time Farm Assistants requiredimmediatelyon a full time, long term temp to perm basis. Due to the location of this farmOWN TRANSPORTis essential.

  • Starting rate: £12.71ph, increasing up to £13.00ph once a permanent contract is issued after 12 working weeks through Swift Temps Ltd
  • Hours/ days of work:7am to 4pm - 6 on/ 2 off rota ( will involve some weekend work subject to rota, days off will rotate weekly )
  • Location: near Marlborough

Duties:
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labour inside and outside
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the farm
- Assist with animal care and day to day animal welfare including feeding, watering, and cleaning
- disposing of general and animal waste
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various tasks
- Inspecting sheds and floors

Requirements:
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor on a daily basis
-Experience with animal care / livestock farming essential
- Own transport in the form of a car or motorbike
- Flexibility to work weekends / Saturday or a Sunday
- Familiarity with working life on a farm

This position requires individuals who are physically fit, have a strong work ethic, and are willing to learn new skills relating to poultry farming and welfare.
