The Role:

• Manage a busy private family caseload (divorce, finances, child arrangements, domestic abuse)
• Provide clear, practical and empathetic advice to clients
• Work independently while contributing to a supportive team
• Maintain strong client relationships and uphold the firm’s approachable ethos
• Support the continued growth and development of the Birmingham family department

About You:

• Family Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE
• Confident managing a full private family caseload from day one
• Strong communicator with a calm, client-first approach
• Organised, efficient and able to work with autonomy
• Professional, positive and collaborative team player
