Family Solicitor / Associate

Location: Gloucestershire - flexible hybrid

Salary: £50-65,000

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage your own caseload of family law matters including divorce, separation, financial remedies, private children work, and cohabitation disputes
• Conduct advocacy and represent clients in court where required
• Contribute to departmental growth through article writing, PR, business development and marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments

ABOUT YOU

• Qualified Solicitor 3PQE+ in family law
• Experience in either divorce, finances, private children matters, cohabitation disputes
• Experience conducting your own advocacy (desirable but not essential)
• Resolution membership or similar family law accreditation would be an advantage
• Personable, empathetic, and client-focused with excellent communication skills
• Keen to contribute to business development, marketing, and team growth
