Job Opportunity: Family Law Solicitor (2+ PQE) Location: North Lanarkshire (Hybrid Options Available) Overview An established North Lanarkshire firm is seeking a Family Law Solicitor to join its team. The practice offers a flexible, supportive working environment with a strong focus on wellbeing, autonomy and high‑quality client service. You will handle a varied caseload across both legal aid and private work. Role Requirements

Managing a caseload of family law matters (mix of legal aid and private clients) Conducting court work, particularly in contact and child‑related cases Working independently with minimal supervision Attending client meetings across locations as required

Experience

Ideally 2+ years' PQE in family law Confident advocacy skills and regular court experience Ability to handle a busy caseload and work autonomously Experience with legal aid matters an advantage

Skills

Clear and empathetic communicator Organised, adaptable and able to prioritise Comfortable working within a small, collaborative team
