The Family Solicitor will handle a caseload related to family law matters, including divorce, child arrangements, and financial settlements. Responsibilities also include providing legal counsel, drafting legal documentation, and representing clients in legal proceedings. Collaboration with other legal professionals and offering guidance on legal matters related to family law will also form key aspects of this role. Qualifications

Expertise in Family Law, including divorce, child custody, and financial settlements Knowledge or experience in TOLATA and Inheritance (Family and Dependants) matters is advantageous Familiarity in other areas is a plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills Must be capable of working with a small mixed team, where everyone works as a team. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and the capacity to manage a varied caseload Newly Qualified (with an extended seat in Family Law) to 3 year Post Qualified solicitor with a current practicing certificate in England and Wales
